Information we collect#
If you use the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of job you’re asking about, and anything you write in the message. Submitting it is optional — you can also just call or email Jordan directly using the details above.
If you accept analytics cookies (see below), Google Analytics collects general information about your visit: which pages you looked at, roughly how you got to the site, your general location (city level, not your address), and the kind of device you’re using. If you decline, none of this is collected.
We don’t ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and there’s no login or account.
How we use it#
Quote form details are used only to get back to you about your enquiry. We don’t sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Analytics data, when you’ve agreed to it, is used to understand how people use the site — for example, which pages are useful and which aren’t — so it can be improved. It isn’t used to identify you personally.
Cookies and your choices#
The site itself doesn’t need cookies to work. When you first visit, we ask whether you’re OK with Google Analytics; that choice is saved in your browser (not as a cookie, but in what’s called local storage) so we don’t ask again. If you accept, Google Analytics then sets its own cookies to recognise you as a returning anonymous visitor.

Who we share information with#
- Netlify, who host this website and handle quote form submissions on our behalf. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
- Google, for analytics, only if you’ve accepted. See Google’s privacy policy.
We don’t share information with anyone else, and we don’t sell it.
How long we keep it#
Quote form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, then deleted. Analytics data (when collected) is kept under Google Analytics’ own standard settings.
Other websites#
Our Facebook, Instagram and Google Review links take you to other companies’ sites, which have their own privacy policies that we don’t control.
Your rights#
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact Jordan using the details at the top of this page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
